“Your Covered” is free and available to individually/jointly owned accounts in good standing1 for personal or household use. There is no action required on your part to enroll, and the “You’re Covered” limit will be automatically assigned. Although non-contractual, “Your Covered” will generally honor overdrafts up to the preset limit attached to your checking account. However, the standard NSF fee of $30² for each item created by check, in-person withdrawals, ATM withdrawals or other electronic means paid under the limit will be your responsibility. All negative balances must be brought positive within 30 days and we reserve the right to not pay if an account is not kept in good standing, to limit participation to one account per household and to discontinue this service without prior notice.
¹For overdraft privilege consideration, your account is in “good standing” if you (a) make sufficient deposits to bring your account to a positive end-of-day balance at least once every 30 calendar days (including the payment of all bank fees and charges); (b) avoid excessive overdrafts suggesting the use of “You’re Covered” as a continuing line of credit; and (c) there are no legal orders, levies or liens against your account. ²Please note that the amount of the overdraft plus our paid item OD fee of $30 for each item will be deducted from your overdraft limit. If the item is returned, the returned item NSF fee of $30 will be deducted from your account. No interest will be charged on the overdraft balance.
